This package is for the Bride who wants or needs assistance in every aspect of the wedding planning process.
As well as the details listed in the previous packages, the following items are just a few of the services also provided in this Full Planning Package:
- Development and management of wedding budget.
- Development and management of wedding timeline.
- Recommendation of vendors that fit your style and budget.
- Preliminary phone calls to industry professionals to verify availability.
- Set up & attend vendor appointments with the bride
- Review all vendor contracts and create notebook of all contracts.
- Unlimited access via phone or e-mail during the planning process.
- Attend and assist with the bridal portrait if desired by bride.
- Reserve block of hotel rooms for out-of-town guests.
- Discuss favors for reception and provide suggestions.
- Help bride select wedding stationery.
- We will pick up and deliver your envelopes to the calligrapher (if needed)
- If not using calligrapher, we will provide instructions on the proper way to address your wedding invitations.
- We will assemble and mail your invitations (client responsible for postage).
- Send reminder for balances due on contracts signed with vendors.
- Create bride’s wedding day schedule.
- Create a ceremony and reception itinerary for the bride and the contracted industry professionals.
- Provide bride with information on changing her name.
- Provide information on obtaining marriage license.
- Contact industry professionals client has contracted with for this event to review specifics regarding the wedding.
- Attend and run the rehearsal at the ceremony site.
- Arrive two hours before the ceremony and remain until the couple departs.
- Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception site with their deliveries and for their set up.
- Distribute any remaining payments to industry professionals if needed.
- Run ceremony if needed or work with church wedding planner.
- Supervise reception and coordinate details of reception with industry professionals.
- Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets (if bride is not using a full service florist)
- Supervise distribution of tossing items to guests.
- Give gifts and cake topper and personal items to designated person.
